THE IAGLCWDC DANCE COMPETITIONS COMMITTEE'S
LIST OF LINE DANCES
AND SANCTIONED COMPETITION MUSIC

This is the list of line dances and music sanctioned by the IAGLCWDC Dance Competitions Committee during the Montreal 2015 Annual Convention by the Dance Competitions Committee to be used in IAGLCWDC Sanctioned or Recognized Line Dance Competitions up to and including the 2016 Annual Convention. (These dances were originally planned to be used in the 2017 Annual Convention but in Columbus 2016 changes were made to the list for 2017.)

If a Competition Director or interested competitor has any questions, she/he should contact the IAGLCWDC Director of Dance, , for further information.

Important Rule Changes:

  • There will be no levels for the dancers, just the dances.
  • Six line dances will be offered (2 beginner levels, 2 intermediate levels, 2 advanced levels).
  • Competitors may dance up to 4 of these dances.
  • One overall line dance winner -- must dance any three of the six line dances.
  • Six new line dances were selected as per the rule changes made.

Beginning with the audible countdown over the recorded music, each song shall be played long enough for contestants to dance the required five (5) repetitions (patterns), after which, the music will start to fade out.
